Boiler Servicing

An annual service will help to prolong the life of your boiler. It will also reduce the risk of a breakdown. Manufacturers recommend an annual service to keep your boiler working efficiently and if it is still within the warranty period it is usually a condition of that warranty. We maintain an annual service schedule so you will never have to remember when your annual service is due again. We will send you a reminder when your service is due and book an appointment at your convenience.

Central Heating Installation

We offer a free survey and estimate service. Our company offers a comprehensive and competitive installation service to replace your existing boiler and/or heating system if it is; unreliable, inefficient, noisy, expensive to run or is beyond economic repair. We will work with you to ensure that you get the right boiler and/or heating system for your home and even advise you on the latest energy efficient controls. We only recommend heating components with a proven track record of reliability to ensure that you get a dependable installation.

CP12 Landlord's Certificate

It is a legal requirement for landlords to hold a CP12 Certificate for homes supplied with natural gas or LPG. The annual gas safety inspection ensures that the gas appliances and flues in the landlord's rental property are operating correctly. We will:

• Notify you when the service and certificate are due
• Contact your tenants to arrange access, (if preferred)
• Carry out a gas service and supply a CP12 Landlord's Certificate
• Complete any remedial work as per the current legislation
• Keep records of work carried out (records are kept for a seven year period)
